Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• Lead full-cycle accounting and cash management for multiple entities
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and president
• Coordinate and manage board materials, shareholder communications, tax filings, and administrative tasks for executive leadership
• Support ongoing process improvement, AI adoption, and embrace new family office systems
• Integrate quickly and build rapport across generations of company ownership

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• Business degree (Accounting, Finance, or related)
• 4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience
• Multi-entity accounting and cash management experience, ideally in real estate or private investment environments
• Strong proficiency with Quick Books and Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
