Key Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator
  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including review, documentation, compliance tracking, and records maintenance, as the Contract Administrator
  • Assist with Medicaid application processes, referrals, and required documentation uploads within internal systems as the Contract Administrator
  • Coordinate credentialing activities for providers, ensuring licenses and supporting documents are complete and current as the Contract Administrator
  • Monitor contract compliance with state, local, and regulatory funding requirements, particularly for community‑based care services, as the Contract Administrator
  • Maintain organized, audit‑ready contract files and support internal teams with contract‑related inquiries as the Contract Administrator
Qualifications for the Contract Administrator
  • 1+ year/s in a contract administration, legal support, or compliance‑focused role
  • Working knowledge of healthcare terminology and documentation, including CPT, HCPCS, ICD‑10, and EOBs
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a regulated environment
