Senior Corporate Reporting Analyst
Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 + Potential Sign-On Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

As a Senior Corporate Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in consolidated financial reporting, while partnering across the business to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and support month-end close processes
- Oversee key accounting areas, including cash, insurance-related accounts, goodwill, and retirement plans
- Review work and provide guidance to staff accountants, contributing to team development
- Partner with finance and operational teams to deliver actionable financial insights
- Research and apply technical accounting guidance in accordance with GAAP
- Support quarterly and annual audit processes, including documentation and analysis
- Build and maintain forecasting models to support quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a Big 4 or large public accounting environment
- CPA license or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- MBA, completed CPA, or other advanced credentials
- Experience with systems such as HFM, Oracle, Micro Strategy, or One Stream
- Exposure to data tools such as Alteryx, R, or automation technologies
- Solid understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles
