Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

The Financial Analyst will support a key service line, working closely with both finance and operational leadership to deliver insights that directly influence business strategy and performance.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Build financial models and perform scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for leadership
• Analyze trends, key metrics, and performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities
• Provide actionable insights to support both operational and financial decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, tools, and overall analytical efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or consulting
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• CPA, MBA, or related advanced credentials are advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-financial partners
