What they’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or reimbursement
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
CPA or Master’s degree is a plus
Comfortable communicating with and supporting operational leaders
