Salary: $150,000–$200,000

The Controller will serve as the senior financial leader on site, partnering directly with executive and operational leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller- Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, month‑end close, and financial reporting as the Controller
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes while partnering with leadership on business performance as the Controller
- Oversee financial statement preparation, internal controls, and GAAP compliance as the Controller
- Partner with operations to provide cost analysis and manufacturing insights while improving profitability as the Controller
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements and system efficiencies as the Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Manufacturing accounting experience required with strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- On-site leadership role within a collaborative manufacturing environment
