• Prepare and support healthcare cost reports and reimbursement filings

• Analyze reimbursement trends, revenue streams, and financial results

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements

• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and revenue cycle teams

• Support audits, documentation, and reporting schedules

• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities through detailed data analysis

• Contribute to process improvements within reimbursement and revenue cycle functions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Prior experience in healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, or revenue cycle

• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies

• Advanced Excel and analytical skill set

• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
