Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida state PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
