Maintenance Specialist

Government Jobs - Full-Time - $32,750.90 - $54,608.84 Annually Under direction, performs responsible janitorial and skilled manual work of ordinary difficulty and responsibility in performing trades activities in the care and maintenance of various municipal buildings.  Although the employee works independently and is often physically removed from supervision, duties are performed within the framework of pre-established policies and procedures.  Purpose of the work is in general upkeep of municipal structures and facilities.

Duties include performing related semi-skilled work in coordination with the efforts of other maintenance and trades employees.
