Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutritional needs;
Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and other assigned measurements;
Accurately document patient information per Orlando Health policies;
Communicate changes or concerns to the RN or care team;
Transport equipment, specimens, medications (excluding controlled substances and IV chemo), and supplies as needed
