Weekend Supervisor - Vivo West Orange (Ocoee, FL)
Position Summary
Vivo West Orange is seeking a reliable and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care during weekend shifts. This leadership role is key to maintaining smooth facility operations, supporting nursing staff, and promoting resident well-being. We're looking for someone confident, organized, and committed to excellent care.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise clinical staff and oversee care delivery during weekend shifts
* Provide direct nursing care as needed and respond to urgent resident needs
* Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
* Support staffing coordination and shift coverage
* Communicate with families, physicians, and department heads as necessary
* Document and report any significant changes, incidents, or updates
* Serve as the on-site administrative leader during weekends
Qualifications
* Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
* Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
* Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
* Familiar with EMR systems and documentation practices
