Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

* Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and preferences

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

* Maintain accurate and timely records, including documenting patient information, progress notes, and medication administration

* Participate in educational seminars and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements

Requirements

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

* High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
