We are currently hiring for the Dining Room Host position. Shift options include 8:00am-2:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 2:00pm-8:00pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm. This position has an age requirement of 18 or above.

Dining Room Host Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests

Keep the Dining room and Front Counter area clean, which includes:

• Changing trash bins
• Sanitizing tables, chairs, trays, and countertops
• Sweeping
• Ensuring sauces and condiments are stocked
• Following correct sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Check in on and serve guests with genuine hospitality
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age or above
• Consistency and reliability

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
