As a Level 1 Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators

Help manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Participate in inventory management and stock control processes

Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive work environment

Assist in training and developing new team members

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Support promotional activities and visual merchandising efforts

Assist in scheduling and workforce management

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks.

Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
