  • Develop and report key logistics metrics using TMS reporting tools.
  • Assist with implementation and testing of new processes and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across logistics, purchasing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Provide training to plants, suppliers, and internal users on logistics processes and systems.
  • Support carrier payment processes and logistics reporting activities.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and supply chain software preferred.

Key Skills for Success:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
  • Understanding of transportation and logistics systems, including carrier networks and cost drivers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work Environment & Travel:

  • Office-based role with regular interaction in manufacturing environments.
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel; ability to obtain a passport required.
  • May require flexibility outside standard business hours to support operations.

Why You'll Love Working at ORBIS:

  • Gain hands-on experience in both operational logistics and strategic analysis.
  • Work across a broad network of plants, suppliers, and global partners.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, cost, and service performance.
  • Build a long-term career in supply chain within a stable, growth-focused organization.
