Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts OR Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with Tuesday off

• No weekend rotation required

• No on-call responsibilities

• No major holidays required (work Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, but not New Year's Day)

• 2 years of clinic experience required, with at least one year in OB/GYN

• First-time travelers accepted

• Required certifications: BLS, FHM

• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

• Skills include in-basket management, phone triaging, chaperoning procedures, rooming OB patients, medication refills, and some in-office procedures

• Must be comfortable working directly with physicians

• Work with OB patients including early OB workups, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, growth scans, and high-risk patients with multiples, chronic diabetes, gestational diabetes, and chronic hypertension

• Handle GYN patients with menstrual disorders, gynecological infections, reproductive health conditions, cancer-related diagnoses, and menopausal/hormone issues

• Assigned to specific provider but may work with other providers at times

• Use NST machine and bands on belly for patient monitoring

• Rare floating to Waukesha OBGYN clinics when needed

• 3-5 day orientation based on comfort level

• Dress code requires solid color scrubs with no graphics or designs

Facility:

This outpatient clinic specializes in obstetrics and gynecology services with 24-30 beds and a comprehensive team approach to patient care. The facility features seven physicians (six OB specialists and one GYN specialist) supported by office management, supervisors, primary nurses, medical assistants, and scheduling staff. The clinic provides specialized care for both routine and high-risk obstetric patients, as well as comprehensive gynecological services including a dedicated menopause clinic.

The facility utilizes modern technology and equipment to deliver quality care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
