Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.;
Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.;
Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.;
Maintain daily temperature logs and take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving; alert management and pull items that do not meet quality expectations.;
Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line; handle complaints with a positive attitude and smile.
