Club Demo, a leader in the membership-based retail landscape, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Shift Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless operation within our clubhouse, where a diverse range of high-quality products, including electronics, furniture, and groceries, are offered. The successful candidate will oversee daily retail operations, manage staff performance during shifts, and ensure superior customer service aligning with Club Demo's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during shifts.
• Ensure all staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory rotation.
• Assist in training and development of new employees, ensuring adherence to Club
• Demo's standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with exceptional care and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
