• Active Secret clearance or higher, and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in place of a degree).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• 8140 certification.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools.

• Manage the full device lifecycle, including imaging, configuration, and retirement, using tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, or Jamf.
• Design and enforce endpoint security standards, apply OS and application patches on schedule, and administer EDR/AV protection.
• Automate software deployment, configuration updates, and compliance fixes using scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or bash.
• Oversee application packaging and prepare software for large-scale rollout in Windows environments.
• Serve as an escalation resource for complex endpoint issues that cannot be resolved by standard IT support.
• Monitor device health and security compliance, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with policies such as NIST and DISA STIGs.

This role supports our Digital Modernization Sector on the DES program with DISA at Fort Meade, Maryland, on a hybrid basis. The program is helping unify DoD Fourth Estate agencies onto a modernized network architecture to improve user experience, security, and reliability.
