Salary: $89,700 - $162,150 per year

• Bachelor's degree and/or 12+ years of relevant experience in a Windows/Linux server environment. Additional experience, education, and training may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Solaris Servers, with proficiency in at least one.
• Extensive experience working in virtual environments using VMware and VDI practices.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI required.
• DoD 8570 certification at least IAT level II, such as Security+ce.

• Provide senior-level expertise for the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert regarding all VDI-related issues and requirements.
• Offer support for ticket escalation during significant outages.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment when necessary.
• Provide strategic leadership and insights with development partners to ensure customers adapt to emerging needs and technological advancements.
• Lead the onboarding and establishment of new enclaves and environments as required.
• Interact with Tier III support and assess vendor products.
• Develop and monitor policies and standards concerning the allocation of computing resources.
• Create, maintain, and implement comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Apply security settings and other commercial best practices.
• Provide coaching and review the work of junior technical staff.
