Cyberspace directives are communicated to subordinates via orders. Orders are inclusive of all but not limited to, Cyber Tasking Orders (CTO), Execute Fragmentary, Warning and Alert, and General Administration orders.
Primary Responsibilities- Support the order process from creation through staffing, review, and dissemination
- Correlate orders from USCYBERCOM, JTF-GNO, DCDC and DISA to advise the order manager on orders that should be superseded, rescinded, require fragmentation and/or have precedence
- Produce draft & final versions of orders for coordinate review across directorates and CC/S/A/FA
- Provide weekly operational updates of synthesized inputs from directorates and CC/S/A/FA
- Manage compliance, correspondence (e.g., POA&M, RMF charts) resulting from orders and directives.
- Support and participate in battle rhythm events and recurring meetings such as the Daily Operations Synchronization (Daily Ops Sync) meeting, D2OC Capability Change Management Forum, and DCDC Update brief.
- Provide support to the customer between the hours of 2pm-10pm daily for release of daily Cyber Tasking Order (CTO).
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Currently possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
- Experience at Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
- Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Knowledge of policy development and maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers and technical personnel in high-stress situations
- Understanding of key network monitoring protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
- Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
