Stone Fabrication Specialist — Countertops & Finishes

Stone Fabricator

Position Type:

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform all functions necessary to complete the fabrication of Natural and Engineered stone projects from countertops to walls to fireplaces and various finished goods on the production floor.
• Adhere to strict company quality standards.
• Read and comprehend shop drawings and production information.
• Use a pneumatic polisher, wet polishing pads, handheld wet saw, handheld grinder, and various measuring devices.
• Polish/finish all types of profiled counter top edges and backsplash.
• Refinish the surface of stones as necessary to meet company standards.
• Organize work upon completion and accurately document.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years experience in stone fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Citizenship or work visa required.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years in carpentry, stone fabrication, or stone installation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must possess a clear driver’s license.
• Citizenship or work visa required.

• Adhere to strict company quality standards.
• Use a laser system to accurately measure each dimension of a project.
• Discuss measurements and requirements for counter top or accessory installation with clients and contractors.
• Document activities and discussions on a tablet program.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years experience in carpentry or stone templating.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must possess a clear driver’s license.
• Be able to travel to various clients’ homes/businesses.
