Equipment Share in Odenton, MD is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) to maintain and repair a variety of rental and customer equipment. You will use laptops/tablets to track work orders, diagnose issues, and ensure timely service with a focus on safety and quality.
The role offers growth and exposure to the newest fleet in the industry. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with overtime after 40 hours and on‑call opportunities.
