Non CDL Driver

Iron Mountain seeks a motivated Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company non‑CDL vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of inventory boxes and secure shredding bins between buildings.
• Regularly load, unload, and organize materials, ensuring all shredding bins are handled according to company security protocols.

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid non‑CDL driving license and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.

• Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour.
• Shift: Monday to Friday, starting 7 a.m.

• Reasonably expected salary range: $46,800.00 - $58,500.00.
