Qualifications- Licensed Registered Nurse with credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and Advanced Life Support within 6 months, from AHA or ARC.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting new graduates.
- Deliver direct patient care aligned with organizational policies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, document accurately, and communicate effectively.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
