Loader​/Operator

We're hiring a Loader/Operator in Gibbon, NE to support chemical loading and production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable who understands that some days are fast-paced and others are slower—and can stay focused and productive through both. If you have mechanical aptitude, can follow directions, and show up every day ready to work, this role could turn into a long-term position.

• Starting Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• During Production: 5:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM

• Loading Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Production Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Some Saturdays required

• Flexibility to work different hours is important

Busy season is tied to harvest and the agricultural industry. When production is high, the pace is demanding; when it slows, work volume decreases.

• Load chemicals into appropriate containers from a platform using a hose

• Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures

• Read meters and gauges accurately

• Perform basic computer data entry

• Assist with production operations as trained

• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Employees will start in load-out and may train into the production shift if interested.

• Strong work stability and reliable attendance

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Basic computer skills

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Farming or agricultural background preferred

• Comfortable with a non-traditional production environment that fluctuates with seasonal demand
