Overview
Primary focus on payroll and other accounting responsibilities. Daily interaction with managers and directors regarding payroll and time clock transactions. Data entry to payroll system of corrections and missed transactions. Ensure accuracy, balance reports and submit payroll bi-weekly. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs and reporting. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of accounting tasks.
Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
