Corporate Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verifying vendor invoices
• Matching invoices with purchase orders
• Reconciling vendor accounts in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing the accounts payable cycle
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Resolving vendor invoice discrepancies
• Supporting month-end close processes
• Working closely with internal departments and external vendors
• Maintaining organized, accurate documentation and audit trails

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or accounts payable, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures
• Precision in processing large volumes of data, detail oriented
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
• Prior experience utilizing Coupa is preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
