Note: We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, 1+ years of accounting leadership experience, and manufacturing, industrial, or distribution accounting experience.

- Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, standard costing, job costing, and variance analysis.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve financial visibility and costing accuracy.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
- Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and financial compliance.
- Lead ERP administration, system improvements, and reporting enhancements.
- Develop KPIs and financial reporting tools that support business decisions.
- Mentor, develop, and lead the accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- 1+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- CPA, MBA, ERP implementation experience, and strong cost accounting experience are highly preferred.
