Triple Play Transport is looking for an AR specialist, we are looking for someone motivated, with high energy, and efficient.
Job Responsibilities- Create invoices for customers
- Submit invoices to customers for payment
- Collect payment from customers
- Keep up with aging invoices and reports
- Make sure all invoices are paid on time.
- Other responsibilities may apply
- Must be proficient in Quick Books online or experienced in similar systems.
- Must have experience in Open Invoice & Open Ticket
- Some experience in oilfield accounting
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- knowledgeable in Microsoft
- Health insurance
- Paid Vacation
- Paid sick time
Monsay-Friday 8am-5pm
