Pay Grade: Part-Time - $18.00 an hour
Dept./School: Accountability & School Improvement
Days: Part-Time – No more than 19.5 hours a week

Primary
Purpose:
To maintain clerical duties and data entries to support computerized record‑keeping that will assure proper accounting to local, state and federal agencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; data entry and computer skills; filing and record‑keeping skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google programs (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with educational settings preferred (schools, district offices, etc.)
- Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data related to district accountability and assessment initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of student and district records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Verify and support campuses in entering data for PEIMS and other required state reporting submissions for Multi‑tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), HB 1416, etc.
- Enter and maintain data for compliance initiatives, including HB 1416 and MTSS
- Collaborate with department teams to monitor, order, and maintain office and department supply inventory
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and professional learning sessions
- Support daily office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing front office workflow
- Maintain records for professional development sessions, including sign‑in documentation and attendance verification
- Coordinate and assist with the setup and breakdown of district professional development sessions, including preparation and distribution of materials
- Oversee the check‑in and check‑out process for secure testing materials in compliance with testing procedures
- Identify and report discrepancies in data, records, and documentation to appropriate department staff for follow‑up and correction
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Assessment and School Improvement
Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent district wide and statewide travel; occasional prolonged or irregular hours.
