Position: Coordinator I- West Texas Shop

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant coordinator will be a key team member responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team.

Will play a role in booking travel arrangements, billing, and administrative support in key aspects of the operations processes, while supporting the staff to ensure customers receive superior customer services.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize work and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Certification coursework on computer programs
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
  • Writes, speaks and interacts clearly and professionally
  • Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic understanding of field support in an oil and gas environment
  • Demonstrates the skill set to lead projects

  • Provide administrative support for the operations team

  • Find any discrepancies and make appropriate changes

  • Financial reporting, billing, etc.
  • Assist in managing the flow of documents and information cross functionally
  • Review and report issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of documentation
  • Monitor requests for products and process orders as required
  • Order supplies as needed
