- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing multi‑line phone systems and scheduling appointments.
- Basic knowledge of general administrative duties and office equipment operation.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
