Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide critical administrative and operational support to a field services team. This role will be responsible for processing service-related documentation, assisting with inventory and billing activities, supporting field personnel, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the field operations team.
  • Process Field Service tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Service Analysts to resolve billing and pricing issues.
  • Manage assigned portions of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
  • Coordinate with Service Operations and Inside Sales teams regarding inventory and ticketing procedures.
  • Support service truck inventory cycle count activities and reconciliation efforts.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Contribute to departmental continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
S kills Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative environment.
  • At least 1 year of inventory-related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy.
  • Team-oriented approach and willingness to support cross-functional departments.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle financial systems.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience supporting field service, operations, logistics, or inventory management teams.
Education
  • Minimum:
    High school diploma or GED
Pay Rate
  • $22 - $24 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
Additional Details
  • S h ift:
    Day shift, Monday - Friday 8-5
