Job Overview
The Student Account Work-Study position will assist the Student Account Office with daily operations, providing support to students, staff, and faculty. This role is ideal for students who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are interested in gaining experience in a financial or administrative setting.
Specific Position Duties- Answer incoming phone calls, emails and provide basic student account information.
- Direct students to appropriate department.
- Assist with exemptions and vouchers.
- Scan, file, keep inventory stocked.
- Check mail and other duties as assigned.
