Part Time Testing Clerk

Overview

Provide excellent customer service and proctoring services to students and community members who visit the Testing Center.

$11/hour

• Greet and welcome visitors of the Testing Center.
• Provide information as needed in person, by phone, or by email.
• Respond to questions and score interpretations for testing candidates.
• Assist testers with the check-in/check-out process as required by each exam.
• Maintain a friendly and calm environment for the Testing Center.
• Proctor and ensure test security of each exam.
• Make reservations for testing candidates.
• Assist with light-duty cleaning to ensure a safe environment for testing candidates.
• Take payments for proctoring fees.
• Maintain proctor certifications as required for each test sponsor.
• Assist with tasks as assigned by the Testing Center Director.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required. Some college coursework is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with computers and technology.
• Work well under pressure and be a self-starter.
• Work well as a team and contribute to the overall success of the Testing Center.
