Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Odessa, TX. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day clerical tasks, phone etiquette, and communication duties. You will assist with executive administrative functions, maintain office organization, and ensure smooth operations for the office. The role requires working closely with team members and management to support administrative needs and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office), Quick Books & office equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
