Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to Location Personnel.
Essential Functions,Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies
- Special projects or assignments as directed by management
Office Administration certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Intermediate Language Skills, Mathematical Skills and Intermediate Reasoning Ability
- Strong verbal and written skills
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
- Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments including HQ and other branches
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands- Regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
