We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Specialist to support daily business operations and help keep our teams running efficiently. This role provides administrative, operational,and customer support across multiple departments while ensuring accuracy,responsiveness, and a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to assigned departments and leadership.
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal employees, customers, and vendors.
- Manage emails, phone calls, scheduling, and other administrative communications.
- Maintain data accuracy across company systems and databases.
- Assist with order processing, purchasing, invoicing, or service coordination as needed.
- Monitor workflows, identify process improvements, and help implement more efficient practices.
- Support cross-functional projects and company initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, or office support experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independentl y and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience supporting multiple departments or business functions.
