Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Kenworth Tractor Mechanic join our team!
You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles. Kenworth Tractors will be the primary make of tractor.
Responsibilities- Repair tractors but also could include automobiles, trucks, buses, and other motor vehicles
- Lead a team of tractor mechanics (3 - 8 people)
- Specialize in tractor diagnose and repair
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Previous experience as a mechanic on Kenworth Tractors
- Lead Mechanic experience
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
