What You’ll Do…

This position is located in Odessa, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full‑time or return internship roles.

The co‑op program assignments are two semesters in duration and are full‑time, in‑person internships. The Summer and Fall 2026 co‑op is expected to begin on May 17, 2026 and end in December.

Key Responsibilities:

Projects you could potentially work on include:

  • Analyze and improve shop floor processes to ensure equipment is assembled consistently and in full compliance with established procedures.
  • Report on and make recommendations regarding shop efficiency based on headcount, hours worked, and other influential factors or metrics.
  • Collect, analyze, and report statistics related to testing and assembly by equipment type.
  • Work with tools to improve equipment knowledge for Customer Service and Inside Sales.
  • Develop a toolkit to launch new products to support our Sales and Operations teams.
  • Research, create, and help drive new innovative software applications to automate repetitive tasks for certain processes.
  • Complete rotations in at least 3 operational departments and present an individual project after each assignment that identifies improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future;
    Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

What We Offer

Relocation

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. To qualify, your university and/or permanent address must be more than 50 miles from your work location.

  • Corporate housing provided for the summer to those candidates who qualify.
  • Relocation assistance.

Salary Range: $23.50/hour
