ATSR Sales Manager

The Trailer Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of trailer sales operations, including developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a results‑driven leader with strong industry knowledge and the ability to optimize sales performance in a competitive market.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Set sales goals and monitor performance

• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team
• Provide coaching and performance feedback

• Build strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

• Stay informed on trailer products and specifications
• Manage pricing strategies and budgets
• Track sales performance and forecasts

• Collaborate on marketing efforts
• Attend trade shows and events

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-7 years of sales leadership experience

• Leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Experience with CRM systems

Combination of office, lot, and customer site visits. Some travel required.
