Job Summary — The OpportunityOur Odessa team depends on someone who keeps the details ontrack so everyone else can focus on serving customers. As our Administrative Operations Specialist, you'll be that person.
In this role, you will support multiple departments and leaders, coordinate daily operations, and serve as a go-to contact foret employees, customers, and vendors. One day you might be managing schedules and records; the next, helping with orders, purchasing, invoicing, or service coordination. Along the way, you'll have a real opportunity to spot better waysof working and help put them in place.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes- Keepdaily operations on track. Coordinate activities across assigned departments so tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support leaders and teams. Manage emails, calls, and scheduling so leaders can stay focused on the business.
- Deliver responsive service. Be a trusted point of contact for employees, customers,and vendors, providing quick, accurate answers.
- Keep information reliable. Prepare and maintain reports, records, and data across company systems so teams can trust what they find.
- Support core business processes. Assist with order processing, purchasing,invoicing, and service coordination as needs arise.
- Improve how work gets done. Monitor workflows, suggest improvements, and help implement more efficient practices and company projects.
- Required:High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of administrative,operations, customer service, or office support experience.
- Required:Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Required:Clear written and verbal communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Required:Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Required:Dependable and self-motivated, comfortable working independently and aspart of a team.
- Preferred:Associate's or bachelor's degree, experience with ERP, CRM, or HRISsystems, or experience supporting multiple departments.
