Join our dynamic team as the Construction Program Director, where you will provide strategic leadership across the project, collaborate with field teams, and align all construction activities for our expansive data center campus.

• Lead the construction strategy and execution for multiple facilities.
• Support superintendents and project management teams in delivering excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Facilitate coordination between self-performing teams and subcontractors.
• Engage in long‑term planning and enhancements for program growth and development.

• Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in construction.
• Strong preference for candidates with mission‑critical or data center sector experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large, high‑speed construction programs.

• Approximately $300K base salary plus performance bonuses.
• $2,000 per week as per diem.
