Construction Project Sales Manager – Field

Odessa, TX / Midland, TX – 60% travel.

As a Construction Project Sales Manager, you will champion company engagement at large North American construction projects, identifying high‑impact opportunities, building partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions drive project success.

• Lead company involvement in major construction projects from pre‑construction to closeout.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Promote and implement value‑added products and services, customizing solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and problem resolution.
• Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with project milestones and customer requirements.
• Identify new opportunities for value creation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report metrics to leadership.

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of sales, marketing, or related experience.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence across all levels.
• Team collaboration and accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to resolve end‑user issues in the region.
• Experience planning and executing meetings/events of varying size and scope.
• Budget management skills to stay within forecast and allocation.
• 60% travel.
• Proficient computer skills – MS Office, SAP, and smartphone use.
