ATTENTION MILITARY AFFILIATED JOB SEEKERS:
Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

This role is On‑Site and travel will be required nationwide as part of our clients and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial safety audit within 15 days of project mobilization and develop a site inspection schedule based on project size, hazard exposure, client requirements, and team input.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards by enforcing the Haskell Code of Safe Practices, ensuring all site personnel complete safety orientation, and maintaining readily accessible safety documentation.
  • Assist with administrative safety tasks, including accident investigations, recordkeeping, and compliance with corporate policies; conduct safety inspections and provide corrective action audits.
  • Develop and lead project‑specific on‑site safety training sessions, identify imminent danger hazards, halt operations if necessary, and coordinate immediate corrective action.
  • Communicate and report safety concerns by regularly updating the Manager of Safety and completing a Safety Evaluation Report for each assigned project at least every six weeks; participate in kick‑off, designing‑for‑safety, and pre‑construction meetings as needed.
  • Enforce safety policies and investigate incidents, conduct accident investigations, and assist the superintendent in promptly reporting incidents.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Advanced Technology and Mission Critical Market, Manufacturing and Industrial Water experience.
  • Completion of OSHA Course #500.
  • Recognized safety certification (STS, CSST, CSSS) through BCSP or NCCER.
  • Understanding and ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and corporate regulations.
  • Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of and ability to execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10‑50 pounds, with good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to frequently sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
