MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established contractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an MEP Superintendent with experience in large-scale, mission-critical projects
.

• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL** - Per Diem included!!

• Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
• Participate in all preconstruction meetings with project team
• Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
• Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
• Manage Foremen team & all field employees
• Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards

• 10+ years Superintendent experience
• Experience with large commercial, industrial and/or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP / CSA coordination
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors/stakeholders
• Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent preferred
• Experience implementing QA/QC programs
• Experience on large-scale projects, $25M+ preferred
• OSHA 30 cert preferred

• Base Salary $145-180k (broad range based on experience)
• Per diem, car allowance, etc.
