Mobile Service Advisor Support - Sewell Ford Lincoln
The Mobile Service Advisor Support role is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting mobile service operations for customers. This position assists with scheduling, customer communication, repair order processing, and preparation of materials needed for successful mobile service appointments. The role uses Ford and dealership systems to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities- Create repair orders and ensure accurate documentation of the services requested.
- Invoice repair orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage mobile service appointments with customers.
- Organize logistics and travel planning for mobile service operations.
- Prepare materials, tools, and supplies needed for upcoming mobile service visits.
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, appointment details, and general inquiries.
- Sell maintenance items or recommended services when appropriate.
- Complete Ford certifications including basic Service Advisor and Warranty training.

RequirementsQualifications (Preferred):
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of automotive service processes (preferred but not required).
- Ability to learn and use dealership and Ford software systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
