As our Front Desk Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for every interaction. You’ll be the smiling face, the helpful voice, and the organized mind that ensures our members feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a luxury and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A genuine desire to assist others and have the desire to learn
Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome all members and visitors to La Estancia.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages accurately.
  • Assist members with general information, directions, and requests.
  • Coordinate and communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure seamless members experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
