Job Overview

Ortho Lead Dental Assistant will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the orthodontic assistants, ensuring smooth patient flow, proper treatment delivery, and high quality care while also performing standard dental assistant duties like patient preparation, assisting the orthodontist during procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene related to their orthodontic appliances.

• Oversee daily clinical operations of orthodontic assistants.

• Certified Dental Assistant license by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.
• Experience as a dental assistant in an orthodontic practice.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
• Detail-oriented and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in orthodontic procedures and equipment.
